Custom embroidered items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect in workmanship or materials.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations or changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Otherwise, your order will begin production and will not be able to be cancelled or refunded.
